Reflect Terms of Service

1. The service

Reflect is smart-mirror software provided by ReconIX Labs ("we", "us") for ReconIX PRISM devices. It displays information such as time, weather, commute estimates, and calendar events, and offers an optional AI voice assistant. Reflect is currently a pre-release pilot and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be 13 or older. You agree to provide accurate settings information and to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes.

3. Voice assistant and AI content

Voice responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Reflect is not a source of medical, legal, financial, or safety advice, and traffic and commute estimates are informational only. Do not rely on Reflect where an error could cause harm.

4. Fair use

Free-tier voice usage is subject to monthly limits shown in the app or dashboard. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, excessive automated use, or attempts to circumvent limits or security.

5. Subscriptions

If paid tiers are introduced, pricing and terms will be presented before you are charged. Pilot features may move between free and paid tiers.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, including our handling of Google account and calendar data.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
